Welcome to Ayre Skin Studio! My name is Robbyayre Blakely! I am a Licensed Advanced Esthetician and the sole owner/operator of Ayre Skin Studio! CANCELLATION POLICY
BOOKING DEPOSIT To reserve your appointment, a 10% deposit is required to book and goes toward your total. It’s non refundable and must be paid within 24 hours to hold your spot. CANCELLATIONS Within 48 Hours: Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time will forfeit any booking deposit that was paid. Within 24 Hours: Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. Life happens, and I completely understand! Please don’t hesitate to reach out! I am very understanding & flexible! NO SHOWS Missed appointments with no notice will be charged 100% of the service cost, plus a 15% gratuity. After one no show, all future bookings must be prepaid in full. After two, booking privileges may be paused. LATE ARRIVALS Please aim to arrive on time. If you’re more than 20 minutes late, your service may need to be rescheduled and will be treated as a late cancellation (deposit forfeited). RESPECTING THE STUDIO Your appointment is a sacred time to reset and feel your best. These policies ensure that I can serve every client with care, consistency, and intention.
